Neuro Habit's Vision
Most people rely on willpower and motivation to be healthy, efficient and to prevent getting distracted by social media. Your willpower will help you stay focused on your goals for a couple of weeks, but unfortunately motivation wavers in the long run. We have all experienced that good intentions or New Year’s resolutions last for just a few days or weeks on basis of determination (e.g. such as a running a marathon, quitting smoking etc), but after stressful situations like deadlines or rough days at work, we quickly return to old and often unhealthy patterns.
What most people do not know is that all behavior, whether linked to work, procrastination, sports, nutrition or addictive behavior, is ‘reflected’ in brain networks. These networks are plastic, which means that they are adaptable and undergo change. In our view, it is of great importance that if you pursue behavioral change you have to gain insight into how behaviors are formed in your brain and understand current your bad habits.
There has been years of research into the science of acquiring new behaviors and how to replace unhealthy ones. We have the neuroscientific knowledge and exercises that enable you to learn and “unlearn” behavior and, above all, to automate them. Make sure that you are no longer dependent upon your fluctuating motivation and sign up for one of our courses!

Neuro Habit's Goal
Our goal is to give people simple, clear understanding of their (unhealthy) behaviors and provide scientifically based life hacks to change behavior structurally. We strive to help you to get a 'clear mind' (roughly translated into free spirit) by creating behavioral habits through ‘externalization’ of your thoughts and memories. As a consequence you will be able to live life efficiently and devote more time to things that matter most in life.
